The Baltimore Student Harm Reduction Coaltion (BSHRC) aims to build a network of health and social service students, alumnae/i, and professionals committed to harm reduction principles and to serve as a conduit for community involvement and advocacy in Baltimore and beyond.  BSHRC envisions a world in which harm reduction is a foundational principle in improving health outcomes and informing public policy.
